Talk about a hard-working
woman. When Altus
Motorsports owner Janette
Nassaney and husband George
bought their dealership in
1998, it was on the verge of
bankruptcy. "George and I
decided that he would keep his
job, and I would manage the
dealership," says Janette, who at the time was 25 with
two small children. Somehow, they managed to almost
double sales that first year. With this success under
their belts, they purchased an empty warehouse in a
better part of town. The entire staff helped with the
remodeling, and sales increased 63% in the first six
months. Says Janette, "We work as a team, and everyone
takes great pride in our shop."
