"Great People ! I'm actually from Amarillo Texas, we have have a KTM dealer here and one in Lubbock. Neither one of these dealerships had what I wanted, but neither did Altus Moto. The difference was Altus Moto went out of their way searching the waiver wire and communicating with the Ktm regional rep to find me two 2010 KTM 250 Sx's !! There were only four left in the whole country NEW, and they secured us two of them and with that all said, they still gave me a great price. "To make a long story short, tried dealing with the only Kawasaki dealer in Amarillo for 3 days and never could get a answer. I finally remembered a friend telling me about Altus Motor sports. Called them up talked to Wendy and in 20 minutes had a Voyager within $500 of what i had bugeted. Called the Amarillo dealer told them to forget it and he had the nerve to ask for another chance, told him to late Altus Motorsports sealed the deal. "Due to the infamous ice storm of 2010 we decided it would be a wise choice to buy a home generator. We know how important it is when you make a major purchase to spend the money wisely. There were all kinds of generators being sold out of the back of peoples pickup trucks and trailers in vacant parking lots. When something goes wrong who is going to be there backing up the generator "made in China" with those generators? Home with us went a Honda 6500is home generator. The neighbors who are farmers had their generators blaring out a steady droning noise all day and night. We got our HONDA home and it was a nice sweet low muffled exhaust tone. It was nice because it drowned out the blaring noise from our neighbors. As soon as we got it home we had whatever we wanted to help endure the power-outage. We had lights. Its amazing what a few lights can do when you have been sitting in a dark house with candles for almost 6 nights! We even could watch the movie "Cars" and we even had popcorn in the microwave! "Camping out" has never been so awesome! Joe our sales guy was great at explaining to my wife and myself and he sold us on the Honda! We do not regret it. Now in the future we have our investment standing by at the ready. Ryan was great explaining the operation and caring for our Honda. You will never go wrong with Altus Motorsports."

"WOW!!! Called Altus first person I talked to was George didnt know him from Adam.he said sure we can sell you a bike.didnt know at the time he was the owner. We talked about new ones and got to a price we both could deal with in about 2 hours. I now have A new 2006 Honda Goldwing (Black) with a MotorTrike Conversion. The 3rd conversion done there. I spent about 3 hours in the Service Dept watching and talking about the conversion, and everything that was done to a Goldwing to make it a Trike. The men in the service dept. were great. "I had my 600 mile 1st service done today on my VTX1300 at AltusMotorsports. I rode about 45 miles to get there and it was worth it. They were ready when I got there and finished the job in good time. They were about 50 Dollars less than the other shops I checked out for 600 mile first service. Everyone was eager to help and courteous. My thanks to Berry who went out of his way to give me a ride to Walmart to shop while my bike was being serviced. They were everything that thier Webpage said they were. Thier service is Top Notch and I plan to use them solely. I would recommend them to anybody. They also have a huge showroom with a great selection. Check em' out. They'll keep you rollin for sure. Keep it upright and between the dithches!"

"I was referred by an associate on the KLR650 forums. I contacted Wendy (AND six other Kawi dealers in Colorado, who got back to me 5 days later) and asked for a quote on a 2007 Kawasaki KLR650. Wendy got back to me within minutes, and e-mailed a quote within a couple hours. I drove 480+ miles from my home with my old truck and a trailer to pick the bike up, and even though I was grumpy (I was worn out from the drive) Wendy and your staff were cheerful, funny, and direct. They helped me load the bike, were super efficient with paperwork, responded quickly when I requested an owner's manual after the first owner lost the original, and just did a great job. So thanks Wendy and Altus Motorsports. If Kawasaki gets off its rear and builds a modern Dual Sport bike (read twin cylinder, 800cc, light aluminum frame, better brakes, and fuel injection) I'll buy ANOTHER dang bike and drive the 500 miles to pick it up. Why the heck don't you'all buy the local dealer here out and let Wendy run a GOOD dealership here in Santa Fe? "

"I purchased my royal star tour deluxe for a great price from George. Very friendly and easy to deal with no pressure to purchase. He gave me max trade in for my sight unseen honda 750 spirit loaded with extras, the key there is I know it was in good shape and told george it was without seeing the bike first offered a great trade in value. Then at no extra cost picked my trade in up, 60 miles away, and delivers my new bike to the house---sorry you just are not going to find that kind of service anywhere, says alot about George and his team at this dealership. "I called Altus Motorsports on a Friday morning looking for a new silver Honda Goldwing and talked with George Nassaney. George didn�t have one, but found one on Friday afternoon. Sent his driver to pick it up Saturday morning and one of his mechanics stayed overtime Saturday to do the setup, so we could pick it up that evening. As my wife and I were driving in from St. Louis to pick the bike up and couldn�t get there by 3:00pm (closing time), he waited �til we got there (about 6:00 pm) to deliver the bike. When I arrived and wasn�t sure if I really liked the color, George pulled several other Wings outside for me to look at. When I asked if we would have to wait til Monday to take delivery, if I picked a different color, he said no, that he�d try to bring a mechanic back in to do the setup now, so we could leave town immediately. Let me recap. I call Friday. He finds a bike. Saturday, he sends out the driver. Mechanic stays overtime to do the setup. George stays til 8 on a weekend night to make delivery, then tells me I can pass on the bike entirely or he�ll get another one set up for me that night. This is not to mention that the price was great!! Unbelievable!!!! I�ve been a rider since 1967 and have dealt with a lot of motorcycle dealerships over the years. Frankly, I think Altus Honda is one of the premier dealerships in the midwest. I don�t know how Altus� service department does, but if the service in Service is anywhere near the service in Sales, this dealership is worth it�s weight in gold�.or is that Goldwings??? "Dear Altus Motorsports: I just wanted to say thanks for my great experience with your dealership when I purchased my Kawasaki ZX-10R last weekend. George actually sold me the bike over the phone. He was honest and professional and I had complete confidence in him. He didn't try and bullsh** me like the dealers out here in New Mexico. You guys saved me a ton of money and it was well worth the drive from New Mexico. Paul Kennelly also did an excellent job going over the details of the bike with me before we loaded her up in my truck. I wish I lived a little closer so I could have Paul perform the routine maintenance. The young lady that helped me pick out my riding gear was very helpful as well. She got me into a great helmet, gloves, and jacket. I forgot to get a card from her and can't recall her name. The kid behind the counter was also very helpful (sorry, forgot his name too). If I would have had more time, I would have had you guys install the frame rollers that he recommended.
